Answer: Nope, two emails are sent, each in a different format. This ensures you receive your order email.
 
Question: How do you pronounce asileFX?
Answer: a zeel F eeks, as ill F X, az i'll F X - Up to you really, we constantly change the pronunciation just for fun. Technically "a zeel F eeks" is proper, or "a zeel F X."
 
 
 
Question: Is asileFX Vue 6 training useful for Vue 7 and Vue 8 users.
Answer: Yes, see product pages for more information about version usefulness.

Question: Does snowFlaKe v2.0 work in Vue 8.
Answer:

Yes, 200% compatible. 200% because most tools work better in Vue 8.
A free update with new Vue 8 tools is in the works and will be released very soon.

 
Question: My DVD arrived damaged or un-readable.
Answer:

Question: Do asileFX training products contain audio narration?
Answer: Yes, all AsileFX tutorials are fully narrated, unless stated otherwise.
 
Question: Will asileFX training products play on set-top DVD players?
Answer: In most cases, no. If your DVD player can decode QT, or for some products Flash, compression then yes.
 
Question: Are asileFX content collections and content products royalty free?
Answer: Yes, within the terms of the asileFX conditions and license agreement.
 
Question: What happened to registration?
Answer: Our registration system is no longer active, nor required to receive support.
 
Question: How do I install the content I purchased from asileFX?

Question: I am having trouble with the playback of the asileFX video training, how can I get it to work?
Answer: Please visit the "Installation and Codecs" page for information and instructions.
 
Question: How long do I have to download my order?
Answer: All asileFX downloadable products are available for 90 days in the account history section of the "My Account" page. Most products can be downloaded a maximum of 5 times before the link expires.
